LNG Terminal & LNG Storage Tank
Scope of work
Turn-key execution of 4000m3 Liquefied Natural Gas Storage Tank and mechanical completion of Gas Liquefaction Installation (Stage 2) for Kollsnes II LNG Terminal with yearly LNG production capacity of 84 000 Tons per year including:
- Mechanical Design
- Fabrication of LNG Storage Tank elements along with piping systems & supports for LNG Terminal in Izotechnik’s premises in Poland
- Erection of LNG Storage Tank at site in Kollsnes / Norway including perlite insulation, pickling & passivation, FAT and start-up assistance
- Erection of Piping and Supports for LNG Terminal at site in Kollsnes / Norway including:
- Cleaning
- Pressure Tests
- Leakage Tests
- FAT & Start-up assistance
- Erection of Gas Liquefaction Installation Equipment (skids, pipe racks, compressors, cold-box, etc.)
- Cold Insulation & Corrosion Protection for piping systems
- Start-up assistance of Stage 2 Gas Liquefaction Installation
