General Execution of Mechanical Completion (piping systems, pressure vessels and erection of equipment) for Silicate Production Facility in Włocławek / Poland , including:- Prefabrication of piping systems for the Installation in Izotechnik’s premises in Płock:
- total no. of diainches: 40 000
- total weight: 150 Tons
- total length: 11 900 m
- Prefabrication of pressure vessels (7 pcs.) and storage tanks (2 pcs.)
- Transport of prefabricated components to site in Włocławek / Poland
- Assembly & erection of storage tanks at site
- Assembly of pressure vessels at site
- Erection of piping systems at site with supports
- NDT
- Anti-Corrosion Protection
- Insulation
- Assembly of all in-line instruments
- Assembly of Installation Equipment (Pumps, Pressure Vessels, etc.)
- Assistance during Commissioning & Start-up
